We offer overnight lodging with coffee, tea, fruit and pastries available upon request each morning. Rooms offer king-size beds, private bathrooms, flat screen TVs for streaming and free Internet.
EVENT SPACE
Bridal showers, baby showers, anniversaries, Christmas parties and civic club meetings just to name a few opportunities at the Rose House. We have indoor space, outdoor space, fronts porch and a lawn that can utilize a 20' x 32' tent.

Olivia Rose Boutique located in the Rose House offers women's clothing, accessories, home decor and more. Olivia Rose Boutique was named "Reader's Choice" award winner for the Best Women's Clothing Category for 2024 and 2025.

The Rose Family
Jason and Kelly Rose purchased the property in June of 2021 and completed extensive updates and renovations to all guest rooms and public spaces.
Kelly was born and raised in DuQuoin and moved to Phoenix where she spent 10 years working for Marriott Hotels. Her husband Jason has been in the classic car auction event operations business for 20 years, including VP of Operations for Barrett-Jackson Auction Company. They made the decision to return to DuQuoin and raise their two chidren, Jake age 4 and Ava age 5 months.
The vision for the home has changed and they will welcome bringing events, meetings, gatherings, celebrations, bridal and baby showers etc.In addition, the house will have 4 rooms available for guests needing overnight accommodations.
Part of the first floor has been renovated as the Olivia Rose Boutique offering casual women's clolthing, home decor and gifts.
